In that case, an internship with us, for example in the process management, finance, IT or human resources department, offers a superb opportunity to obtain a glimpse of the world of the VHV Group and gain your first professional experience along the way.

You should allow a period of three to six months for your internship with the VHV Group. As a member of the team, you will be completely involved in our daily business, take on tasks independently and work on your own minor projects. In the meantime, we will grant you flexible working hours to ensure your studies do not suffer. Show us what you can do and learn from our experts. <h2>Future Leaders Program &ndash; career opportunity for junior executives</h2>

The aim of this program is to find our future managers who will lead the VHV Group into a successful future. What better way to do that than to learn directly from top management?

In our Future Leaders Program you will lay the foundation for your career and leadership path and get to know the management world of the VHV Group from a unique perspective.

For 24 months you will accompany one of our board members as an executive assistant, work closely with them and support them strategically and operationally. Thereby, you gradually grow into leading your own projects. At the same time, you will take part in our management training program in order to be prepared for future management tasks.

At the end of the program you will have the opportunity to take up your first management position in the VHV Group.

<h2>The essentials:</h2>

Cooperation with the board: As an assistant to the board, you will work closely with one of our board members and thus gain valuable insights into the strategic direction and decision-making processes of the company.

Project work: During the program you will be involved in strategic projects and initiatives that make a significant contribution to the growth and success of the VHV Group. You will be actively involved in the development, implementation and control of these projects.

Leadership Training: By participating in our 18-month junior executive program, you will receive comprehensive training in the areas of leadership, team management, conflict resolution, communication and other relevant skills that will optimally prepare you for future management tasks.

Network building: As part of the program&#39;s regular network events, you have the opportunity to make valuable contacts within the company and the industry.

<h2>Your experience:</h2>

Degree: You have completed your master&rsquo;s or diploma studies with above-average success &ndash; a doctorate or MBA is a plus.

International experience: You have international experience as part of your studies or professional activity, e.g. through an internship.

Commitment: We value voluntary work and engagement.

Skills: You think entrepreneurially and are communicative - networking is your strength.

<h3>Online application</h3>

Please upload your application, including your university and previous work references, via our online portal. At this point you can already state your desired starting date and your salary expectations.

<h3>Online tests</h3>

After a thorough examination of your application, you will receive an invitation to two online-based tests. As part of these tests, we record your logical skills, among other things.

<h3>Video interview</h3>

After successfully completing the online tests, we will get to know each other better in a video interview.

<h3>Interview</h3>

After the virtual interview we will invite you to a personal meeting at our headquarters in Hanover.

<h3>Assessment Center</h3>

If everything has worked out so far, you will take part in an assessment center. Among other things, a case study awaits you, in which you can show us your entrepreneurial and economic thinking in practice.

<h3>Meeting the board members</h3>

After sucessfully finishing the assessment center, you will get to know the respective board member and our CEO in a personal interview as the last step of our application process.

In our 24-month trainee program you will get to know the whole diversity of our group. In a total of 4 practice stations, we will find out together with you in which areas you can best contribute your personal strengths.

MENTORING, COACHING &amp; NETWORKING: These terms are capitalized in the VHV Young Professionals Program. Regular feedback gives you the opportunity to advance your personal development. With further training opportunities in the areas of controlling, soft skills, leadership and project management, you can tailor the modules of the Young Professionals Program to your individual interests.
